Lizzy Loeb was born into a world of music. As the daughter of two renowned jazz musicians, Lizzy grew up surrounded by the sounds of creation, where every note and lyric seemed to pulse through the very air. Yet it wasn't until she was fifteen, strumming her first guitar chords, that Lizzy discovered the art of songwriting—something that felt as natural as breathing.
Her early musical influences were a blend of genres, from the timeless ballads of James Taylor and the soulful rhythms of Stevie Wonder to the jazz standards of Ella Fitzgerald and the powerhouse vocals of Mariah Carey and Fiona Apple. In her small suburban town near NYC, Lizzy spent summers in Spain, where the contrast between the bustling city and the quiet, sun-kissed village in which her grandparents lived became the wellspring for her creative spirit. "It’s the closest I’ll ever get to time-traveling," she says of those transformative summers.
With a voice that’s as intimate as it is compelling, Lizzy has captivated audiences worldwide, performing her original songs at iconic venues in New York, Madrid, London, and Berlin. She’s shared the stage with artists like Duncan Sheik and brought her evocative performances to the BBC, where she had the honor of performing live with renowned composer George Fenton.
Lizzy also branched out to make her debut on Broadway in the revival of Spring Awakening, adding a new chapter to her multifaceted career.
